Responsibility 1.Assist set up of the company in the area of HR & Admin 2.Assist compliance team to ensure the company can meet with auditor’s requirement 3.Implement and maintain update of HRIS 4.Ensure employee’s compensation and benefits are complied with local law’s requirement and with company policy 5.Provide recruitment, training, employee relation and other HR supports to meet with the development needs of the company 6.To set up and optimize sourcing, recruiting and selecting procedures to ensure efficiency, cost reduction and selection suitable and sufficient applicants 7.Prepare timely and accurate HR reports for management’s review 8.Conduct exit interview and prepare turnover analysis and provide professional solution for management’s reference 8.Ensure office administration and housekeeping are set up to required standard Specification 1.College or above, preferably in HRM 2.At least 8 years HR & Admin experience in MNC, 5 years in management position; garment manufacturing factory experience preferred 3.Experience of social compliance audit and familiar with the compliance standards 4.Good social network and familiar with national and local laws 5.Good command of English and Cantonese 6.Good leadership and team player with strong sense of responsibility 7.Computer literate |
