Job Responsibilities: 1. Develops and implements compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward to employees; 2. Develops and manages the implementation of human resource policies and procedures such as performance management, disciplinary regulations and so on; 3. Produces ad-hoc reports as required; 4. Establishes and maintains contact with other organizations either formally or informally, in order to facilitate the exchange of pay information; 5. Participates in relevant salary surveys, acting as the contact point for surveys run externally, completing salary datasheets and questionnaires, and initiating and co-coordinating surveys run internally; 6. Assures timely and accurately implementation of payroll process 7. Analyses, and makes recommendations from the results of surveys and other pay information; 8. Supervises administration of personnel policies and practices; Job Requirement: 1. University degree with at least 3 years managerial working experience in C & B function; 2. Be familiar with China Labor & Social Security Law; 3. Good interpersonal skills; 4. Fluent English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus; 5. Good in computer knowledge. |
